Project Fusion

AORUS cooperated with Tim Parker, known as PC_Werkz , to build a special modding in RGB theme. This modding is built with brand new Z490 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE . With the Thermaltake Level 20 case, the lighting is reflected and it looks like a “fusion”.

Tim explained the design concept behind the Fusion:
“When Aorus reached out to me to design a mod around the Z490 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE , I immediately wanted a case that would give an uninterrupted visual of the board from all angles. The Thermaltake Level 20 HT was the perfect fit with it’s tempered glass panels on the front and sides of the case. A complete 180 degree view of the beautiful board. The tubing I wanted to be symmetrical and run straight down as to not take away from the components. The gpu was mounted on the side in its own cavern and a 600mm gpu riser cable was ran through a cutout under the motherboard. I ran into an issue with connecting the tubes under the case. I decided to build a false floor out of stainless steel so that the 90 degree fittings wouldn’t bottom out below. My ultimate goal was to create a mod that displayed the Aorus components individually and dynamically with a colorful RGB fusion.”

Z490-AORUS-XTREME-WATERFORCE

The motherboard is the Z490 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE which uses exclusive CPU/VRM/PCH watercooling monoblock to ensure stability and low temperature under full loading application and gaming. Of course, you can use RGB Fusion to customize any possible color of the whole monoblock.
